Spamming 

~Text Speech

Words that you would abbreviate on your cell phone, like gr8, l8r, and other annoying, lazy pathetic text speech emotes and little short phrases. Learn how to type and stop being lazy. We do however accept some text speech like lol, tmi, ttyl. Those are acceptable.

~Line

If A line appears at the bottom due to you stretching excessive characters or doing an Icon or something that doesn't make sense.  We can understand link stretches sometimes because links do break but if it happens more than twice, you will be kicked.

~Flooding

Flodding is where you post one line after the other.

Ex:

~Caps: 

Caps may be used without excess. The limit for Caps varies depending on what you're doing. If you are asked to stop using them because they are getting annoying to another member, then please do so. If you decide to disregard the request and continue to use caps, you may be kicked. Only one capped word per sentence and it must be under 10 characters. Anything over, Will result in a kick.

~Icons/emoticons/thumbs:

Icons are allowed, but if you are asked to stop over using them, please do. Otherwise it might result in a kick. Repeat offenders will be put in a non-icon using rank, without warning!

Also, When it comes to flashing Icons, please be advised that there are some people who can catch seizures to them. Please ask if anyone can catch a seizure before you do an icon like that.. Cause it may cause someone to relapse. If caught without proper permission to use this, you may be kicked, or banned on the spot or at a later date.

~Bold:

Do not bold or the /everyone command. It's annoying and only used for Admin official posts. One word bold is alright, but please don't abuse it.

~Stretching:

Anything over 10 characters (e.g. omgggggggg) is a stretch and not allowed. Also note that if you continue to do little stretches (e.g. like tooootally, and then he was like ommggggggg, you're really fit. And I was like yeaaaah I knowww!), that, too, counts as stretching as it's bloody annoying. Don't do it in excess. Random typing is not spamming. (Example: kjafehjg), but if it is used in excess, it will be considered spam.

Any abuse of Spamming will either result in being put in the silenced rank or, due to severity, a three day temp ban. Spamming through intentional trolling actions is an automatic ban.

~Shun: 

I can not say this enough, Do not use the command Shun. Shun is a very spamming command due to the number of Deviants that has Superdamn. Do not use Shun or you will be kicked, Impounded, then maybe banned. Period!
( If a Mod uses shun, note a caretaker and they will be demoted on the spot.)

~God Modding:

God modding is allowed only if the people partaking in roleplay have agreed that they can all god mod. If you are god modding in a non-approving roleplay group, it is not allowed and frankly quite annoying. General rules for roleplaying can be found in the following link: fav.me/d1jy5ri

~Those with Kicking Abilities:

Do not bait someone you do not like in with insults, comments, etc. just to start a fight and give you an excuse to kick them. Abuse of power will NOT be tolerated and may result in kicking, stripping of abused power or possible silencing or banning.


~ Kicking Policy ~ 

Kicking:

1. First offense will be a verbal warning
2. Second offense is a kick, kick is reported to the Administrator
3. Third offense is a kick, kick is reported to the Administrator, and the offender will be banned or silenced, ban time at the discretion of the Administrator

Side Note (on Rage Quitting): If you are being an ass or causing drama and are warned of being kicked and you decided to do a big asshole post or have the last word and leave to dodge the kick, you will be immediately placed in the silenced rank, Impounded. If you decide to silence dodge and come in under another account, all your accounts will be immediately banned. 

Note the admin if you have questions or want to protest against the silencing if you feel it is unjustified.

Banning:

You may not ban someone permanently without direct permission from the chat Founders. If you've been banned and you come in under a different account, that account will be immediately banned.

The banned party is MORE than welcome to contact Admins if they feel that the ban is unjust or an abuse of power.

Idling:

Idling is allowed so long as you have an away up letting people know you're either inactive or are busy with other things as well as members. Idle time for guests are 10-20 minutes. See Away for more information.

Misc Items 

Bots:

If you would like to bring in a bot, you need to be an admin first as there is a bot waiting list. Failure to do so will result in ban of that bot.

Switching Accounts: 

If you're switching accounts, please let Admin know. "Secret" accounts are not allowed as they create drama and are just plain stupid. Grow up. If you piss off people, then maybe you shouldn't have in the first place.

Link rules:

There are different types of links and different type of content that can and can not be seen in DA chatrooms for obvious reasons. SFW or Safe for work is complying with these rules that DA set. NSFW or porn and other raunchy sites began to become a problem can and can be reported. So, please be careful on what links you place in the chatroom cause you never know who is watching. 

Ex: of rating video www.google.com (SFW) and www.e621.net (NSFW)<-Sometimes. 
ex of videos www.youtube.com/blarghorwhatev… goes here (SFW) and etc...
